We passionately love seeing our interior products on social media all over the world, and sometimes we may request to share these pictures in our own channels. The photos are published primarily on LAYERED websites but could also include LAYERED’s other channels, for example LAYERED newsletter, LAYERED Sales Catalogue or partner channels, showroom etc to give other customers a glimpse of their real-life uses.
By responding #yesLayered on a picture after LAYERED request on Instagram, hereafter referred to as "picture(s)", you agree to the following:
You provide LAYERED AB, a Swedish company under registration number 556618-2944 (hereinafter "LAYERED"), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, in any manner to be determined in LAYERED' sole discretion and without any obligations to you, to use your pictures in their marketing and / or advertising, including inter alia the right to reproduce, distribute, alter and edit your photos. Furthermore, you give LAYERED your consent to use photos where you can be identified for marketing and / or advertising purposes, according to Sw: Lag om namn och bild i reklam (1978:800).
You certify that (i) you own all rights to your pictures, (ii) you have been granted permission from any person appearing in your pictures to transfer the rights herein, and (iii) the use of your pictures by LAYERED will not violate any third party's rights or violate any law. You release LAYERED from any obligations to pay you for the use of this picture and for the intellectual property rights associated with the above-described uses. If you want to withdraw consent to share your pictures with LAYERED, you have to contact us by clicking on the "i"-icon in the lower left corner in your shared image published on our website. The icon will link you to a form where you can submit your request to withdraw your consent.
