    Terms of service

    For Wholesale: 

    This agreement is between the wholesale customer ("Customer") and
    LAYERED ("Supplier"), as defined below. By placing an order for the purchase of products through the Supplier’s website, the Customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

    1. Terms of Service The Customer agrees to purchase goods and services from the Supplier in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement. Both parties agree to fulfill their respective obligations under this Agreement and applicable laws.

    The Supplier reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this Agreement, with written notice provided to the Customer. The Customer's continued business with the Supplier after such notification will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

    Before placing an order, the Customer will have the opportunity to review
    the selected products, verify the information provided, and check the total price. The Customer may correct any input errors before submitting the order. Please note that products in the Customer's shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by others until the Supplier accepts the order.

    2. Pricing structure
    Pricing structure are offered as outlined in the table below based of the RRP. The Customer agrees to meet the specified minimum order quantity (MOQ) of five (5) units per purchase to qualify for the discounted rates. Orders placed below the MOQ may be subject to an additional shipping fee, as determined by LAYERED or its authorized agent.

    Shipping MOQ

    40% discount and 10% shipping fee when buying 1–2 rugs
    40% discount and 5% shipping fee when buying 3–5 rugs
    40% discount and free shipping when buying 5+ rugs
    50% discount and 10% shipping fee when buying a display rug

    Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, all orders must be placed through our official Shopify store. A handling fee of 50 EUR will be charged for each order not placed through Shopify.

    3. Delivery & Shipping Terms
    The Supplier agrees to ship goods under the terms of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or DAP (Delivered at Place), as specified in the Customer's purchase order. Delivery timelines and shipping costs will be communicated to the Customer prior to shipment.

    DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): The Supplier is responsible for
    all shipping, duties, and customs fees, delivering goods ready
    for the Customer to receive.

    DAP (Delivered at Place): The Supplier is responsible for delivering goods to a specified destination, but the Customer is responsible for import clearance and applicable taxes. Any shipping delays caused by force majeure, logistical disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances will be promptly communicated to the Customer. No penalties shall apply in such cases.

    4. Inspection upon Receipt (Defect Claims
    The Customer is required to inspect all goods upon receipt. Any claims for
    shortages, defects, or damages must be submitted in writing to the Supplier within two (2) days of delivery. Failure to report such claims within this period will constitute acceptance of the goods.

    5. Product Appearance and Variance
    The Supplier strives to represent its products, including colors and details, as accurately as possible on its website. However, device color settings may affect the way colors are displayed, and as a result, the product colors on the screen may differ slightly from the actual product. The Supplier is not responsible for variations due to this. Additionally, each rug is handcrafted, and minor variations in size and
    color may occur. These differences add to the unique charm of each rug.
    The Supplier cannot accept responsibility for discrepancies related to
    these natural variations.

    6. Return and Refund Policy
    The Supplier does not accept returns unless the products are found to be defective upon receipt. Defective claims must be submitted in writing within two (2) days
    of delivery. Upon inspection and validation of the defect by the Supplier, the Customer may be entitled to a replacement or refund at the Supplier's discretion. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    7. Payment Terms
    For the initial order, full prepayment is required before processing. For subsequent orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within seven (14) days from the invoice date. The Supplier reserves the right to withhold delivery of future orders in the case of outstanding payments or unpaid penalties. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.

    8. Resale The Customer
    Resale The Customer is authorized to resell the purchased products as a wholesale vendor to end consumers. The Customer agrees not to misrepresent the products and is prohibited from selling them outside the regions specified by the Supplier. Unauthorized resale in restricted areas or to other vendors may
    result in the termination of the contract.

     

    For Trade: 

    These terms and conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, apply to all orders placed by any customer ("you") with LAYERED ("we," "us," or "our") via the LAYERED website or mobile site (the "Website"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

    Terms and conditions:

    • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Service.
    • Orders can only be placed by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of forming contracts.
    • The Website is intended for sales to consumers only. By ordering, you represent that the product is for personal, non-commercial use and not for resale.
    • We reserve the right to amend these Terms for Purchase at any time without notice. The Terms applicable to your order are those on the Website at the time you place the order.
    • If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the rest will remain in effect.

    Information on website:

    • We cannot guarantee the Website is error-free or up to date. We may amend the content and cancel orders if the provided information, including prices, is incorrect. You will be notified by email if this occurs.
    • The presentation of products does not guarantee their availability at all times, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product.
    • We make reasonable efforts to display products, including colors, accurately. However, color display depends on your system, and we cannot guarantee an exact match.
    • All our products are handmade, so variations in color and patterns are expected. Images on the Website may not exactly match the product you receive.

    Orders, deliveries, prices and delivery changes: 

    • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
    • You must provide accurate contact details and a correct delivery address. Delivery cannot be made to P.O. boxes as a signature may be required.
    • Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
    • We may not deliver to certain countries or regions, and you will be informed either when placing an order or afterward.
    • Upon shipment readiness, you will receive delivery information via email. If your order is not delivered as per the information provided, please contact the courier’s customer support and provide the tracking number for your delivery. Contact us via email at info@layeredinterior.com if you have not received or have an incorrect tracking number.
    • We aim to deliver products in stock within 5-10 working days from the order confirmation, but delivery may take longer.
    • The shipping cost is stated at checkout and varies depending on your choice of courier.
    • If you cannot find your country in the list, please send us an email at pro@layeredinterior.com, and we will assist you.
    • If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be informed as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the amount using the same payment method, if possible. If an alternative refund method is necessary for any reason, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
    • Within the European Union, The United Kingdom, The United States and Norway orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.
    • Orders shipped to a delivery address outside the above markets may be subject to import charges, customs duties, and taxes, such as VAT, which you are responsible for paying. These charges, duties, and taxes are not included in the prices on this Website, and we are not responsible for collecting or administering them. We advise you to contact your local customs authority for further information before placing an order. Failure to pay such charges, duties, and taxes may result in non-delivery of the ordered products, and we will have no obligation to compensate you for such order or non-delivery.
    • If an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason for which we are not responsible, such as an incorrect delivery address, the courier's inability to reach you, or non-payment of charges, duties, or taxes (if applicable), we reserve the right to retain the full amount paid for the order if the products are not returned.
    • The cost for each delivery method is clearly stated at checkout. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to send more than one shipment, there is no additional cost for the subsequent deliveries.

    Return and exchange policy:

    All returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days after the date of delivery.

    • We do not offer returns of custom-made (bespoke) rugs.
    • We do not offer returns of furniture.
    • Items must be returned in a new and unused state.
    • Items must be returned with tags attached to them, in their original packaging and protective material.
    • All the labels need to be left on the goods.

    Small rugs (up to 200 x 300 cm):

    • Sweden: 495 SEK
    • Norway: 495 NOK
    • Denmark: 336 DKK
    • Europe: 45 EUR
    • United Kingdom: 39 GBP
    • Denmark: 336 DKK
    • United States: 230 USD
    • Rest of the world: Quotation needed.

    Large rugs (from 250 x 350 cm):

    • Sweden: 695 SEK
    • Norway: 695 NOK
    • Denmark: 448 DKK
    • Europe: 60 EUR

    Blankets and pillows:

    • Sweden: 199 SEK

    Furniture:

    All our furniture is made to order and we offer no right of return or exchange for our furniture. If these conditions are not fulfilled, the goods will be sent back, and you will be charged for the shipping and handling. 

    Claims (Reclamations):

    If your item is defective or damaged, you have the right to file a claim. You are entitled to a 3-year warranty under applicable consumer protection laws. To submit a claim, you will need your order number and a valid receipt from LAYERED AB.

    For the claim to be approved, the issue must be covered by the warranty, meaning it must be a clear manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during delivery. Claims due to stains, wear and tear, or damage caused by use – such as from furniture or other external factors – will not be approved.

    Govering law:

    These terms of use are complied in accordance with Swedish law, and the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.

    Changes of terms of service:

    You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
